I’d rather see the Beauty in Mistakes than the Mistakes in Beauty.
This series explores the radical acceptance of flaws, mistakes, and mental health struggles. Rather than fighting against these experiences or judging ourselves for them, I believe there is value in finding beauty within what we perceive as negative.
These images represent how the world appears to me at times—shaped by anxiety, depression, isolation, and the thoughts that accompany them. By transferring these experiences into images that I find beautiful, I transform something I often struggle against into something I can accept.
The work is not about overcoming or erasing these parts of myself, but about learning to coexist with them. Through photography, I find beauty in what cannot always be changed.
